Do You Warm up Before Exercising?

Calisthenics & Gym Workouts

By: George Choy | Apr 5, 2019

Do you usually warm up before exercising? We always do one before a gym or Calisthenics workout.

We do dynamic stretching to prepare our bodies and activate synovial fluid in the joints — it works like WD40, lubricating your squeaky hinges. It decreases the friction in your joints, allowing greater mobility and less risk of injury.

I’m interested to know whether you usually do something before exercising? If so, what kind of preparation do you do at the moment? Let us know in the Comments box below.

You too can lose weight, build muscle and improve your health.
