Do You Warm up Before Exercising?

Do you usually warm up before exercising? We always do one before a gym or Calisthenics workout.
We do dynamic stretching to prepare our bodies and activate synovial fluid in the joints — it works like WD40, lubricating your squeaky hinges. It decreases the friction in your joints, allowing greater mobility and less risk of injury.
