Sarah’s losing, I’m gaining this week

Sarah is on track to lose weight this week, and I’m trying to gain weight. We do this routinely to maintain our bodyweight within a few pounds.
In contrast, 95% of dieters regain all the weight they lost after 12 months…so we’re in the top minority, as we have maintained our weight loss for 5+ years (since 2014).
