I decided to do a beginners workout this week, as I’ve been off sick for the last 3 weeks and I’ve lost a bit of muscle.How to Lose Weight Fast. I Lost 5½ Pounds in a Week!

The moves in this workout are at beginner level, so I usually do them as a warm up for the full skills in my routine. Beginners should already have a foundation of being able to do 10 pull-ups before starting this program.

In my workout below I also give you a quick update on where I am with gaining back that muscle and keeping off the fat.
